Add every document this case produces — Word and PDF. We learn the fields from all of them.

No templates yet. Add the Sale Deed (Word, with {tokens}) and any PDF forms (Form 1, Declaration). One case can produce several outputs.

How templates work

  • Word (.docx) — put {buyer_name} tokens where values go; filled by exact substitution → Word output.
  • PDF — keep the form as-is and drop a box on each blank; values are stamped into the boxes → PDF output, same layout.
  • All templates share one extraction. Each value is read from your documents once, then filled into every template.
